Joe Biden called a lid on Sunday morning – retreating back into his basement until election day amid a flood of emails and images being released from the Hunter Biden laptop.
With just 9 crucial days to go until the election, the Democratic nominee has elected to no longer take part in any in person events.
Joe Biden and his campaign have attempted to maintain that the information being revealed from the laptop is nothing more than a “smear campaign” by President Trump ahead of the election, but Hunter’s shady business dealings, which implicate his father, are too damming to be ignored.
At an event on Saturday, Joe Biden lost it on a reporter when questioned about the Hunter Biden scandal.
“Questions and controversy continue today about Hunter Biden, your son,” WYOU reporter Andy Mehalshick began before Biden immediately interrupted – “there is no controversy, that’s all a lie.”
“It’s a flat lie because the president has nothing else to run on. If you noticed, while the American people are talking about what’s happening to their families; he has no plan and at the debate, he has no plan,” Biden said. “Everything from Wall Street Journal, other major news outlet said what he is saying is simply not true about my son, but it’s classic Trump.”
Everyone on the left – from politicians, to big tech, to mainstream media – are attempting to cover-up the troubling leaks. Nevertheless, the situation has gotten out of hand and the Democrat’s campaign is in a free-fall as Sleepy Joe flees for shelter.
Republican Rep. Jim Jordan said on Sunday that his staff reviewed and independently authenticated the purported emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop, saying, “they’re as real as real can be.”
“We have the eyewitness, Mr. [Tony] Bobulinski, who said these are authentic, these are real,” Jordan, the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, said.
Bobulinski, who was listed as the recipient of an email published by the New York Post that appeared to detail a business arrangement involving a Chinese company and members of the Biden family, confirmed last week that the email is “genuine” and provided more information regarding the Bidens’ role in the deal.
The email includes a note that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.” A proposed equity split references “20” for “H” and “10 held by H for the big guy?” with no further details.
“The reference to ‘the Big Guy’ in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden,” Bobulinski said.
Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates claimed that, “Joe Biden has never even considered being involved in business with his family, nor in any overseas business whatsoever. He has never held stock in any such business arrangements nor has any family member or any other person ever held stock for him.”
On Sunday, Republican Senator Ron Johnson, chair of the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, called out Joe Biden, saying he’s “been caught in repeated lies over Biden Inc.”
“The vice president has been caught in repeated lies over Biden Inc. about his family’s businesses,” Johnson said, affirming pointing to his previously conducted report on Hunter Biden which highlights three different Biden family scandals.
