CNN, a far-left propaganda media outlet that encourages political violence and promotes conspiracy theories, lost a whopping 73 percent of its primetime audience in the fourth quarter of 2021.
That is not a typo… CNN has gone down 73 percent!
CNN has seen more declines than its media counterparts. The news network averaged just 492,000 viewers in total throughout the 24-hour time period in Q4 ’21, which puts it at No. 6 on basic cable. The 492,000 number is down 18% from what the news network averaged during Q3 ’21 and down 67% from Q4 of ’20. CNN has also averaged about 642,000 total viewers in its primetime slot, placing it at No. 16. The 642,000 average is down 22% from Q3 ’21, and down 73% from Q4 of ’20, which had been a great quarter for the news network featuring a pres. election campaign.
Compared to Q4 of last year, Fox News had lost just 21 percent of its total daily viewers and about 37 percent of its total primetime viewers.
MSNBC lost about 53 percent of its total daytime viewers and almost 53 percent of its total primetime audience.
You may expect some kind of a decline. After all, during Q4 of this past year, there was a pres. election. But CNN’s decline of 67 percent of its total daytime viewers and 73 percent of its total primetime audience is nothing short of, well, glorious.
CNN’s failure is even more spectacular when you see the raw numbers…
Q4 TOTAL DAY: the total viewers in the 25-54 AGE group for these news networks were as follows: Fox News was 1.444 million / 237,000; MSNBC was 672,000 / 77,000; CNN was 492,000 / 103,00.
Q4 PRIMETIME: TOTAL VIEWERS in the 25-54 AGE group: Fox News was 2.366 million / 366,000; MSNBC was 1.163 million / 138,000; CNN was 642,000 / 138,000.
These numbers seem too good to be true. CNN is averaging just 642,000 viewers during its primetime slot! That is pure karma for this terrible news outlet, this disgraceful dumpster fire of conspiracy theories and lies.
In total primetime viewers, and total cable TV viewers, Fox News was in second place, right behind only ESPN. MSNBC was in fourth place. CNN, however, fell to 16th place.
In the 25-54 primetime age group, MSNBC and CNN both dropped to 27th place, while Fox News was in third place.
CNN’s decline has proven that not even a 1 million Americans are interested in being deceived, insulted, lied to, and bamboozled. Dishonest and Smug anchors combined with all the disinformation and misinformation is no way to run a company, much less one labeled a news channel.
What Jeff Zucker did to destroy the CNN name is beyond anything anyone thought possible. One of the nation’s great brands is now just a national punchline and has a smaller primetime audience than the Food Network.
