With Millions Of Americans Out Of Work, Trump Prepares Historic Executive Order

With the government forcing “non-essential” businesses to close, millions of Americans lost their jobs. Although some states are planning to reopen sppm, many people might continue to suffer for months to come. President Trump is preparing an executive order aimed at protecting American jobs and getting many back to work. But you better believe Democrats will be outraged over this move.
We’re reaching a point where millions of Americans are fed up with these lockdowns. Nearly every state is experiencing a drop in not only new cases and hospitalizations, but also deaths. Even in New York, the epicenter of the crisis, they are experience a negative net increase in hospital stays.
Add to that the fact that many are realizing the disease wasn’t nearly as deadly as we were told. Many, many more people contracted COVID-19 long before the lockdowns—proving the death rate is much lower than experts claimed. We are learning that the lockdowns did nothing to slow the spread.
They were only effective at grinding our economy to a halt.
Over 22 million Americans filed for unemployment in March and April. Perhaps many more will file in the coming weeks and months. If America is to reopen and get back to normal, our factories, shopping

centers, and offices need to be full of workers. Businesses put on hold need to be fired up in no time flat. And all those Americans need to get off unemployment and start earning a paycheck.
To that end, President Trump is preparing a historic EO—and perhaps what will become his most controversial ever.
President Trump announced late Monday he will soon sign an executive order “to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States,” in what appeared to be a drastic escalation of his efforts to fight the coronavirus pandemic and boost the economy…
“In light of the attack from the Invisible Enemy, as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens, I will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!” the president tweeted…
Politico reported that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was still working out the details of the executive order, and that an exemption for temporary guest workers, including farm workers, was under consideration.
A top DHS official told the outlet that “22 million unemployed Americans and counting due to COVID-19″ had prompted Trump to act. [Source: Fox News]

You better believe Democrats will fight over this one. I’m sure some of them are already preparing the lawsuits. If you thought braindead liberals were mad before—you ain’t seen nothing yet!
Their biggest argument (besides calling Trump racist) will be that this is an example of the president overstepping his authority. But they won’t have a leg to stand on. During this crisis, Democrat mayors and governors have wildly overstepped their Constitutional authority by attacking private citizens.
The mayor of Los Angeles threatened to cut off businesses’ power and water. The governor of Michigan outlawed visiting family and friends. The governor of Kentucky threatened to arrest church goers on Easter. The mayor of New York is encouraging residents to rat out their neighbors for not “social distancing.” The list goes on and on. This crisis has revealed Democrat leaders to be cruel, un-American tyrants.
Their inability to properly deal with this crisis has exposed their utter lack of leadership. They have devolved into criminal thugs.
The president, on the other hand, is taking concrete steps to protect American jobs. His EO is not about preventing people from coming to the country, but about ensuring there is less competition for jobs. As states reopen, workers will be needed. Instead of letting immigrants swoop in and take those jobs, Trump is making sure Americans fill those positions.
Once again, despite all the chaos of this time, Trump is putting Americans first.
